The staff was very accomodating.I arrived much later than anticipated, and called to let them know. They reassured me that it was okay. I didn't arrive until after 1:00 a.m., yet they were there waiting for me. I really appreciated that.

Cleanliness and location
Nothing. I stay in hotels 45-60 nights per year. Worst experience in 40 years of traveling. Paid $---for one night, expecting luxury. Got a nightmare!

The staff is amazing! Got a wake up call right on time, the airport shuttle was perfect, and thry even made breakfast bags for us as we left before breakfast service!
The location was great! Across street from Crabtree Mall. I liked the indoor pool and the openness and accommodations of this hotel. Staff was very nice.
Large breakfast buffet
I loved the breakfast set up and how they have the complimentary drinks. The set up is really nice and my kids loved the stay. Best part to them ofc was the pool. We will definitely be staying again!
